Gluten-Freedom

Finding a safe place to order take-out or delivery when you're allergic to gluten or have celiac can definitely be a challenge. Here's a list of places I have personally had good experiences with not getting contaminated. I know it gets exhausting after a while to have to continue to explain to staff that you really are allergic and investigate each menu to determine whether or not you should eat there. Here are my go-to spots that have done me right in the past! (Tip: always indicate gluten allergy or celiac when ordering even if it's listed as "GF" on the menu)

Curries (yum!) I don't get any of the fried items that are marked "GF," because it is not a dedicated fryer, but if that doesn't harm you - they've got some great choices.

They win me over every time with the separate bag of (GF) chips. Staff is usually quite knowledgeable when I have a conversation with them about it. When you need that tex-mex fix, I feel good about this as an option.
